Love our area but can't find just the right parcel for you? Then this subscribe-o-matic group is perfect for you. When a parcel becomes avaiable in our sims we will announce it here. Our Hollywood Complex (made up of the Balboa sims, Holly Kai Estates, Honah Lee sims, Blake Sims and SYC Luxury Moorings) averages a 90% occupancy rate. With an average of only 10% of our pacels being on the market at any one time it is hard to find just what you want. This group takes out some of pain of being on the outside looking in. Once you find your dream lease Just leave the group after leasing your parcel. Or stay in and see what's happening in YOUR neighborhood.
