Carnival hits early at Absinthe-Minded with DJ Vincent Still a while till the official Carnival hits but we are gonna start it early tonight at Absinthe-Minded. Carnival in New Orleans means counting down to the party of the year, Mardi Gras... so until then, don your festive outfits, come dressed for a parade or a ball and let's celebrate early at 6pm SLT.
