BILLY TALON SINGS LIVE AT SHADY'S 1PM Billy Talon with his smooth country western voice can sing the tunes of Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, Josh Turner and George Strait to name a few. Billy grew up in a country western family with is father playing the drums with members of Diamond Rio and his grandfather playing the steel guitar and singing with the likes of Chet Atkins.
